It's official.
You've all heard about my Famous Author Cousin. She writes books. Gets paid. Wins awards. Makes me feel like a slug. (But not on purpose, so I love her still.)
Well. I am a slug no more. A few weeks ago, I got an interesting email from someone I didn't know. Checked it, with some suspicion. Asked around. It seemed surprisingly legit.
And today, ladies and gentlemen, I got paid in return for allowing someone to sponsor one of my posts in this very space.
That's right. I wrote. And someone paid.
We've got TWO authors in the family now.
