My favorite part is his name. Dave Carrol's rock. Sincerely Dave Carrol
I thought you'd like that, Dave.:)
This video and story have gone viral. A number of newspapers and t.v. news shows have picked it up. (and, according to one paper, the United employee the fellow dealt with is not at all happy about all of the attention)So this musician has found fame.Talk about turning lemons into lemonade.
Yeah, if it was me, I probably wouldn't have included the person's name. But ... if I was the employee, maybe I'd be going after my employer for some compensation for all the harassment when I'm just doing my job the way they told me to...Anyway - as a customer service fanatic - I like the cut of this guy's jib! (Or the tune of his song, haha)
I wish I had the ability to play a broken guitar and I'd play a song of my own. I still can't even think about my last trip without feeling my temperature start to rise.United breaks my cool.
it's such a lovely little diddy that sticks in your brain ...oh my word you made my name clickable to my blog that has been non-existent since pre-wedding ...perhaps i need to do something about that ...
no pressure kelly!
If I can post a link - here's some more of the aftermath. Go Dave! http://bigfatmarketingblog.com/2009/07/20/united-airlines-looks-like-a-player-hater/
Go Dave indeed! What an article that is. It is quite dumbfounding how poorly United is responding to this. Don't they have any PR people that have kids on YouTube or Twitter???Unbelievable.
